Autumn/Winter 2012 Grab & Go
A big thank you to Senja ‘the Stig’ Bownes for helping us demonstrate our new Autumn/Winter Grab & Go. The great news is that she takes her helmet off for another great workout for you to try. Compound moves, 50 reps of each exercise followed by cheeky reps of 10 of each of the other exercises. This one is designed to cause ‘healthy pain’ with the ‘bite’ starting at about 25 reps… As usual, the laminate with full instructions will be at Reception with our team on hand to lend a hand if required.
